Salmon filet
I got to try cedar plank salmon the other day and in hooked. Pun intended! We couldn't finds any today so we are settling for tin foil filets and zucchini augraten. Here is a pic from last week and I will post tonight's supper when its done.

We alsways 'foil' the salmon. Zuc looks good, too! Never made it that way, now I want to try.
