It's been a drizzly and rainy day today and the Wiffy's been feeling poorly and spending most of her time horizontally with the heating pad and pills.
So I decided to use a little BBQ Therapy to fix my doldrums if possible and IT WORKED.
Not the best cut of Ribeye but it took care of the problem.

That hunk of cow looks perfect to me Em
Saw your post Sunday morn before going to Costco.I just had to grap some ribeyes after seeing yours. Costco had prime Tomahawks ribeyes for 22 bucks a pound, gawd they where pretty....just couldn't pull the trigger on those tho.
Bought a pack of choice boneless, not really a fan of boneless, but reversed seared one and it was fantastic.
Thanks for posting that steak.
Bill

what a coinky-dink, Wild Bill, I just purchased my first ever $24 per pound bone in Veal Rib Chop today but I'm not sure how I want to cook it yet.
