Day 1 and Day 10. - shhhhh I told my bride I wouldn’t look. Got the “can’t help its” :mrgreen:

So far so good! I put a 28 day dry age on a tri tip and it turned out very well. I'd have picked a larger cut but wanted to try with something less expensive should it have gone wrong.
