Got some thighs on the weber for the first time. Can't wait to see how they turn out.

Not to bad. To bad o didn't have any Italian or vinaigrette to soak them in. Kind of short notice.

Love charcoal grilled chicken thighs...my favorites are boneless ,skinless....Meatchurch Holy Gospel rub and a couple blocks of wild cherry for smoke.

I'm partial to thighs. I always prefer them to quarters but I'm not too lazy to trim down the quarters if that's all I find. Great job, sir!
