Saturdays Pork Tenderloin

Postby Canadian Smoker » Sun Jan 21, 2018 1:12 pm

Fired up the Weber kettle Sat for a quick pork tenderloin.....brushed with evoo and rubbed with a little bit of Meat Church bbq rub.
Grilled it direct turning a few time so not to burn the rub....took it to about 130-135 internal and let rest 10 minutes.
Sliced and served with a garden salad and fried shrooms.

Looks good, I’m doing the same today. The salad and mushrooms look great as well.

Thank you, Sir, that was a word that my Dad used often and when I use it "I smile" thinking of him. :salut:

LOL - I have a shelf divided. Matt from Meat Church and Gator from Sucklebusters (forum sponsor) provide such excellent products and over the top service I rarely look elsewhere and refer others on a regular basis.
