Stack'n a Burger

Postby OldUsedParts » Sat Jan 27, 2018 2:03 pm

The Wiffy requested Grilled Hamburgers today so that was the Plan.
Grilled them over Kingsford on the Kingsford Kettle.
Decided to use some Sooner Sauce AND Honey Mustard on mine and "it was a match made in Glory"- - I WILL DO THAT MANY MANY TIMES IN THE FUTURE (I hope)
Guess you could call it a "Busy Burger"

The actual physical act of eating this could be compared to biting into a Sammich made of several tubes of toothpaste - - all pointing in different directions and with the caps off. It was not a pretty sight but Lawdy it was GUUUUUDDDDD Etiquette is for eating out.

Lose the bell pepper and come on with it. Some proper twice fried chips and I'm all in.

:?: BELL PEPPER :?: Pardnah, a Bell Pepper has never occupied any space in La Casa - - - THAT, my frail focusing Friend is a Roasted Jalapeno  :salut:

I almost did some twice fries or fried own-yawns but I'm glad I didn't - - - there was no room left to put them. :whiteflag:

Good to hear, didn't see how that would go with such a fantastic burger. Only time I ever use them is with Philly Cheese steaks, and then in moderation.

They are one of the few veggies that will haunt me for two days after I eat them - - - AND, it doesn't matter if they've been boiled, sauteed, baked or raw - - therefore I have switched to Anaheims and I never missed the Bells. Lately I've even used the multi-colored smaller sweet peppers in a bag. That reminds me - I need to make some "Cajun Trinity".

It's a labor of love, Pardnah, and I'm blessed to be able to play with my hobby like I do. I'm also so grateful to have found this Forum because I have gotten so much motivation, recipes and ideas that I would not have had otherwise. :salut:
