Welps, Lunch is DOWN and it was GOOD - - - Wiffy is Happy and I'm doing cartwheels (suuuure I am)

The Wiffy really liked the Glaze (thanks WillieP) HOWEVER, I miss the taste of Suckle Busters Sauces but this was very tasty and I'm glad I did it. The Hoppin John Blackeyes were very tasty but very Matery so get ready for an almost Mater Relish taste.

Here's some finishing pics.
Third glazing and ?almost? ready to pull

Pulled, resting and ready to slice.

Plated with sides - :dont: who said you can't get a smoke ring with your Pellet Pooper ;) :D

Outlaw, if you'll run down I'll give you the rest of these but hurry 'cause the Wiffy's already talking about Supper AKA rib meat with a Roll wrapped around it. :D
