Another shot at ribs.

I tried something different for a base line on ribs in my journal. Instead of going for a large rack of baby backs I chose the smallest pack. Slathered mustard. Seasoned with salt pepper garlic and a little seasoned salt. Its resting now. I will post the review in a few after I cut it.

Well its about time! Finally some ribs I like. I found the smaller racks were less fatty. Also I did a sprite of water and vinegar. I also mixed the vinegar and hot sauce with the BBQ sauce I used. I can't wait to try to duplicate this again.
