I used Sucklebusters SPG for the rub and made Snow’s mop sauce as posted in Texas Monthly. Snow’s uses post oak but I had hickory lump and cherry chunks…I will be doing this again. They were good!

Did you brine :?:
Tryed grilling some a while back from the half of hog I bought. Tho tasty, they where tougher then shoe leather :dont:
