Attn. Capt'n, :salut: I've been asked to cater my Son's Rehersal Dinner in May. Besides Brisket and Pulled Pork, he want's me to grill some Chicken. So I have decided to do thighs and legs or leg quarters. Remembering that it will be for all ages and taste buds, do you have any suggestions that might help me :?: :dont: Any and all comments will be welcome
