Attn. Capt'n, I've been asked to cater my Son's Rehersal Dinner in May. Besides Brisket and Pulled Pork, he want's me to grill some Chicken. So I have decided to do thighs and legs or leg quarters. Remembering that it will be for all ages and taste buds, do you have any suggestions that might help me Any and all comments will be welcome
