Today a live thread because on boring days without work :dont: i have a lot of time :laughing7:

Breakfast was a bavarian Leberkäse with .... Egg :D

Now i marinated my Lamb leg with Thyme, Rosmarin, Lemon, S&P, Olive Oil and Balsamico.

Just try lamb, it neither smells nor it tastes strong. It is a daily food in the mediterrenian and that guys eat good for sure ;)

I too love that look of the lamb, from the biggest producers of lamb, you did it justice. I rotisserie a leg as well.
