Easter Lamb

Today a live thread because on boring days without work
i have a lot of time
Breakfast was a bavarian Leberkäse with .... Egg
Now i marinated my Lamb leg with Thyme, Rosmarin, Lemon, S&P, Olive Oil and Balsamico.

I guess in the later stages of my Redneck life I'm going to have to eat Goat and Sheep; makes me want to puke but I'm gonna do it

Just try lamb, it neither smells nor it tastes strong. It is a daily food in the mediterrenian and that guys eat good for sure

I too love that look of the lamb, from the biggest producers of lamb, you did it justice. I rotisserie a leg as well.

Mary had a little lamb and it was rather tasty. I'd ask you for a plate of that and request it mighty hasty!!
