Ezy grilling Sunday

Postby bondobill » Mon Apr 09, 2018 11:09 am

After smoking up a brisket and two yard birds on Saturday I went for ezy grilling Sunday.
Pulled a Ribeye for me and a tenderloin for the missus out of the freezer and set the Weber up for reverse sear.

As is typical Ribeye ready for sear ahead of tenderloin.

Ribeye may have been a few degrees overcooked but was still tender and moist

I really like my Weber

You assistant looks quite alert. I'd be, too, if that's what I was watching.
