Gators steak seasoning is the cats meow. That's what was on mine last night along with SPG and a dusting of 1836. I like lots of seasoning. :lol:
That tenderloin be the wife's fav cut of cow.

Looks great. I'd have preferred a bit more pink myself, but that still looks plenty juicy and tender (which matters more than color IMO).

That bottle of Hy-Top brings back some memories too. I haven't seen that brand since I bugged out of Georgia twelve and a half years ago to get as far away from my ex as I could, LOL.
