ABT Poblano Style !
This Idea, cunkocshun, mess or awesomeness (we'll know later) was inspired from cooks and comments that Egghead, Rambo and Capt'n have recently made - - - So I took the light bulb and ran with it
Ingredients are:
Medium Poblano Pepper stuffed with
A mix of HEB Easymelt Queso Blanco, Philly Cream Chez and Homemade Pepper jelly
Deveined and deseeded Jalapenos
Large Red Shrimp
Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama Seasoning
and Wrapped with Bacon held securely with Willie Pins
They are now over Kingsford Coals and resting on a Grill mat (idea from Capt'n Jack)

Re: ABT Poblano Style
Failed to get a pic with the Pineapple Rings on top of the entire thing prior to the bacon wrap but they are in there. I managed to get one sectioned ring per pepper half (2 rings all toll)

Re: ABT Poblano Style !
I am thoroughly pleased but it is an awful lot of trouble and truthfully the regular ABTs tasted just as good maybe even better. I decided to eat the one with the stem for my lunch and the Wiffy wants to taste sample the other one "Surprize Surprize Surprize". Also surprisingly, they weren't hard to hold and eat like finger food but you did need to use both paws to do it.
As far as the Larapin Taste goes Well, here's my leftovers from the one I ate

Well, the Wiffy took a bite of the other piece and likes it but found it too hard to manage so I obliged and ate it for Supper.

You Betcha, copy away - - believe me there's nothing there that I INVENTED - - - I pretty much copied previous cooks and comments myself
One thing I might mention is that as an after thought I wish I had parboiled the Jalapenos for 2 minutes prior to putting them into the raw Poblano. All it would do is make it a more clean bite thru IMHO

Re: ABT Poblano Style !
I would have been worried about the shrimp cooking fully, but what I can see of the cooked final result is textbook perfect cooked color. :)

Re: ABT Poblano Style !
Good Point and I did consider that but I figgered that if the bacon that's wrapped around it gets done then so are the Shrimps
