Smoked Wings
Recently, I purchased a Kettle and a Kamado, and I must admit, I'd been giving quite a bit of attention to the Kamdo. Yesterday, I smoked some wings on the Kettle and they came out awesome. I seasoned them with some SPG & Bone Sucking' Sauce, and smoked them over some pecan wood for about an hour and a half. About halfway thru I flipped & spritzed them. About 10 minutes before I took them off, I sauced 10 wings with some Sweet Baby Ray's Wing Sauce, another 10 with some Asian Kick Sauce, and I left the last 10 with no sauce. The final result was great.
