Kinda copying the Capt'n today except my side will be a baked tater with stuff'ns.
Couldn't pass up this 1.1 pounder for $5 and some change the other day.
Using my favorite Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning as usual - - it's my go to for steak and I love the cracked pepper that's in abundance. More in a little while

Re: Beef Loin Yankee Stripper
Decided to use my Kingsford Kettle instead of the ECB but I still prefer the ECB hands down.
Welps, I thought for a moment that my eyes and mouth were bigger than my tummy but after eating all of that monster, I wish they were - - - I am full as a tick on a Stray Steer. It was good, I am so full I'm miserable and SB Campfire Steak Seasoning is what kept me going, therefore, NO leftovers. Except for the tater skin.
