Trip tip tonight

Postby egghead » Fri May 25, 2018 7:42 pm

Rubbed with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick and on to a 400 degree grill for searing. Then closed the vents and roasted until 120 and rested for ten minutes. Roasting tri tip on the edge of the egg with the lid closed on the thermopen.
