Trip tip tonight
Rubbed with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick and on to a 400 degree grill for searing. Then closed the vents and roasted until 120 and rested for ten minutes. Roasting tri tip on the edge of the egg with the lid closed on the thermopen.

Yours Looks a whole bunch better then the one I did last night ,Egg
Alltho I knew better, I took it to 130 IT cause we had company It was still good, but closer to medium.
