It is a professional slicer in a smaller version. I bought it 20 years ago at a fair and if it dies today i‘ll buy right the same again

For the first rub I use Pickling Salt, cane sugar, ground pepper, ground coriander, garlic powder and ground Ginger.

The second rub before grilling I use black Pepper, red Kampot Pepper, Coriander Seeds, Thyme, Garlic Powder and Ginger Powder.
