Was happy with the end result but I think my sauce was a little too sweet this year, I like to mix it up year to year. It was the second time the call for first place ribs got down to my last number and I nearly tripped when having to stop myself from heading to the stage lol. Their Charcoal Challenge is a fun time
Turned in the smaller chicken on the right, the skin on the bigger one didn't play nice
