Got another request from my kid

That’s two in a row :)
She wanted another round of the Blackstone breakfast burritos from Mothers Day…so naturally I obliged.
Sausage egg and potatoes on theirs…mine got leftover brisket from yesterday’s cook.

I just knew it was gonna be some Sausage Bombs like yesterdays but no problem you have control of that Blackstone, my Friend, and those look great.

Decided to do a burger Whataburger style for dinner since the griddle was already dirty :)
