A Dawg named Ripper

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon May 28, 2018 2:10 pm

Almost ashamed to post these Pics but, as I told Justin, today's cook was on the K.I.S.S. Principle and people I mean Simple. From the time the charcoal was ready, it only took 45 min for me to be in the Recliner with my "full" Lunch Plate in my lap.

I decided to give the weeners some charcoal/smoke time before ripping them and since I didn't want to fire up the ECB for 4 weeners I added 2 ABTs and some Street Corn. First time to try Del-Dixi(E) Sweet Jalapeno Relish and I'll be buying some more when this is gone.

Put it on a Dixie Plate :salut: and Pigged Out. :chef: :flag:

It puts an entirely different flavor to the weener and I won't eat them any other way now. Fry until they start spliting and busting open then blot on paper towels.

Are you just using regular vegetable oil to fry those?
