Entranas argentinas

Postby asador911 » Tue Jun 05, 2018 6:05 am

Good morning everybody!

Last weekend I've grilled a skirt steak for me and my daughter.
We were in the alps, with fresh weather and zero chaos.

I made it in the argentinian way: light marinade (oil, lemon juice, spices), low to medium fire, medium-rare result.
That's definitely my favourite piece of meat!

Ciao!

Beekeeper: Let's do saddle up and go learn that gentleman his manners
Davy Crockett: We won't have to. He's wearing out horses coming towards us
Beekeeper: Guess we can't stop him from coming. But I reckon we can arrange for him to limp going back
