Good morning everybody!

Last weekend I've grilled a skirt steak for me and my daughter.
We were in the alps, with fresh weather and zero chaos.

I made it in the argentinian way: light marinade (oil, lemon juice, spices), low to medium fire, medium-rare result.
That's definitely my favourite piece of meat!
