It's a gorgeous, rain free day (first weekend in 6 weeks without rain) here in the House of Piney. I'm off work, but my wife is not. She didn't want steaks tonight and was happy eating leftover chicken from last night.
Bring on the slab! .............
28 ounces of ribeye goodness, rubbed with Oakridge Carne Crosta (just AMAZING in seared meats), and cooked hot and fast on the BGE.
Life is good!
Edit: Mods....my bad..............should have been put into the grilling forum......nOOb mistake.

Thanks, folks!
Can't do this too often, but when the time comes, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
