Hello. Tried something new today. It is difficult to get hold of brisket in Norway. Tried to use chuck roll instead. Good 7 hours on 250. First time doing this. Success in my family. Started yesterday when I had mustard and rib on the meat. Wrapped it in clingfoil and put in the fridge overnight. Sprayed it every hour with apple juice on the grill. After 4 hours I wrapped it in aluminum foil and cooked it for 3 hours and then off the grill, resting for an hour. While the meat was resting I made some cornbread and let the baked potatoes finish. It should have been smoked more, but I ran out of wood chips. First time we had cornbread. It was very good but filled you up.
