As u maybe know, at the moment the football World Championship takes place in Russia. For that my Garden is a "public" viewing area for me and our friends.
And on days without work the grillin and chillin ist the most important thing besides football.
So a little bit too early, I anticipated the third group match, but I had a nice pork belly and i didn´t want to wait two weeks. According to the match I compared two styles of preparing.
The very easy german style with Suerkraut and Potatoes, a all in one dish, and the time consuming korean style.
The outcome is, that both styles can be eaten
