Today some Friends came for the German Game at the World Championship. So i tried a Paella again, because it is easy to do and taste sooo gooooood.

Looks tasty! Have you managed to perfect your mastery of the grill so that you can create a proper soccarat?
Hard to achieve but worthwhile when seeking Paella perfection.
