Sear Grates. I sometimes use them for direct grilling, because then the Oil is not dropping into the fire and nothing burns.

As always, you're making folks hungry around the world. Yet another great looking effort.

Unfurtunately there is no "thumbs up" Button for my Thx@all who everytime make me feel good after my food :D
So I say Thx @all here and now.

I just try to eat not so bad and I have a lot of fun with my Fotos.
The Cooking is my recreation after work. On Monday our Garden will be different because we start the building of the pool, the new terrace and the very small outdoor kitchen. But I try not to stop with grilling

Rambeaux - those are “grill grates”. You can order them on line. I have a four piece interlocking set from my XL Egg and a two piece for my Small Egg. I like em.
