Unfortunately the menue of the week said one day too late Fish. But with that thread I want also say my sympathy for bondobill.
It was too late for the throwdown so I just do it here.

A Red Snapper with a Crust of Bread and some other Ingredients, as Side Quinoa, Ham, Mushroom and Cheese stuffed Zucchini.. I Think he would have liked it :chef: :tup:

That Lemon really compliments the crust, I'm a big fan of Lemons
