Nachos?? Tostada??

I guess I'd classify this more as tostadas since I added lettuce, LOL. Either way, I whipped up a couple of plates of "nachos" tonight with smoked chicken breasts for the meat. :D :tup:

They didn't make it to the Weber this time. Kind of missing the extra flavor from that slight char too, but overall I think they turned out OK.

Thanks guys. Chicken needed that couple minutes on the Weber after smoking to put the meat over the top, but it turned out pretty good. :D
