I call it the Rob Zombie Burger
So tonight I was in the mood for a little of this guy...
https://youtu.be/EqQuihD0hoI
After a few minutes of this I decided to just wing it with this burger.
( 2 ) 15 oz Burgers along with some Hot Peppers, fried up some Maple Sausage Links, cut em in half lengthwise, sliced some Fresh Maters that my buddy gave me along with those peppers. Fried an egg over easy and layered some White American Cheese on some grilled Everything Bagels.
Grabbed the ole Percolator and ground up some fresh Organic Nicaraguan Beans for a cup of Joe I've been looking forward to all day.
And to answer the looming question, .....Yup, I finished it :):)
Probably the best tasting burger I've made to date, its a keeper !!
Ok, where's the milk now .....

I had the munchies :)Rambo wrote:How the heck you eat that?
Truth is, yesterday was " supposed " to be a really good day but it turned to crap as soon as I got up at 3:00 am for a 3 hr drive.
The wife and I took our little guy upstate N.Y. to a town called New Berlin to go see the Pro A.M.A Motocross race at the track Unidilla. We've been going since 2007 and its been hit or miss with the weather.
Yesterday was a TOTAL washout. We brought 2 10×10 pop ups cuz there was 8 of us but the rain was so bad we still got soaked and the temp was only in the 60's. There was so much mud it looked like Woodstock 2018...
If it was just Deb and myself we wouldn't have minded it but we had 2 kids and packed it in 4 hours before it ended. Last thing we need is for them to get sick ya know.
Anyways, what I'm getting at is that I'm using yesterdays horrible day as an Excuse to justify this ridiculous burger lol.

Re: RE: Re: I call it the Rob Zombie Burger
Using a fork and knife on a burger is almost as bad as eating a slice of N.Y. or N.J pizza with a fork. ( New Yorkers ) will rip you sumthin fierce if they see you do this ) lol.... PB & SK are probably cracking up over what I just said, BUT they know it's true :):)Rambo wrote:No really, do you eat it with a fork on a plate?

Man those pics tell a story, I'm drooling looking at it. I'd love that burger with egg. I wouldn't leave anything except a scraped plate.

I was thinking of you while making it because of the egg part :)
