Labor Day Countdown minus 3-2-1 - Lunch'O

Postby OldUsedParts » Mon Sep 03, 2018 1:35 pm

St. Louie Rack on the Pit Boss today. The Wiffy said they were the tenderest she'd ever eaten but she didn't like my oven roasted Brussel Sprouts and I'm thinking of going back to steaming them from now on. Decided to do the Borracho Beans, Charo Style with a little sauteed own-yawns in bacon chip grease.
Put them on at 6am and finished, clean up and all, at 1pm. That also encludes munchin out.

Good looking meal Parts.

How’d the Wife like the Pecan on the ribs?

Welps, the Wife and I just haven't been in the mood for leftover Reebz lately so I deboned and drug out my trusty grinder and turned it into some future Chili Meat. Of course it will be accompanied by some Prime Ground Cow but that's another time another thread. I had also forgotten how many greasy parts there was to hand wash after using this thing. :(
