Grilled me a Prime T-bone for lunch today with a loaded Yam and some pickled SOkraS
Only thing on the Steak except "Me" was Suckle Busters Campfire Steak Seasoning and every time I use it, I'm so glad I discoverd it.
Tried to make the ECB jealous but won't know until I switch back.
Used a Grill Pad that Capt'n Jack turned me onto way back then.
4 minutes per side = tender and juicy

Nice juicy steak parts, do you ever serve with a sauce ? I normally serve my steaks with a sauce of some kind. I don't know if it's a throw back to the English??
Appreciate your thoughts on it.

Re: "T" for Thursday - - Yammy
thanks, Y'all, it was a nice chunk of cow fo sho - - - Pardnah, I do not and have never used a sauce with my Steaks. Mainly because I love the taste of it a la naturally. However, I have had a few at Restaurants that needed LOTS of sauce but I always just sent them back to the Chef to eat or feed to the back alley dogs . I didn't know exactly how the Yam and T-Bone would fit as a lunch but they were great.

Good looking lunch there! All I had yesterday was a hotdog warmed up in the microwave!

LOL - - reminds me of the old saying about a shoe cobblers family's shoes
My Meal situation is different than most here because rarely does my Wiffy eat what I'm eating at meal time, unless it's chili, soup, stew or etc? - - - however, I do fix all of her food for her - - rarely to never does she eat a chunk of meat like steak, pork chops or etc and she's perfectly happy with toast and jelly, ice cream, a frozen dinner or loaded tater.

Looks excellent. Would love to have that for lunch and then sleep for the rest of the afternoon.
