Taco Tuesday chic tenders

Postby Copasspupil » Tue Sep 25, 2018 10:42 am

So about two weeks ago I made some roasted Fresno chili peppers along with a few jalapeños and red bells. I liked the flavor so yesterday I took about half the amount and placed in a ziplock along with about 3 pounds of chicken tenders so marinate them overnight then grilled them this morning for my daughters dinner before their volleyball
games. The smell is right and I think they turned out nice. I’ll let you all know later.

I made chicken souvlaki on Sunday for them and between the three girls my wife and I ate every one of the chicken tenders so this is something to compare it to. My souvlaki is money. I’d go up against anyone. They were eating off the things after removing from the grill when they heard what I made for them.

Dude, I love me some Souvlaki !
Didja use Tzatziki and Feta with it ?

Huge fan of that combination. I've had it with different variations but favor the Feta, Yogurt and Tzatziki combination.

Looks great right here :)
