I usually use Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama on my Beer Can Chickens but today I switched to their Texas Pecan and now I have Two favorite Clucker Rubs.
Brushed it down with some EVOO prior to dusting and it changed my usual Bark Color quite a bit.
Didn't get a final dissected pic but it was Juicy and Larapin as always.

thanks, Y'all, I had used Texas Pecan on some wangs and chops but this was first time on a big bird.
