Bavarian Pork Belly with potatoe dumplins
On Sundy I made a Pork bavarian Style with crispy Skin and dumplins.
The Skin is the beset and my familily would be happy if I would make only Skin

That's some good stuff right there Bert !
Pork Belly is one of my favorite things to cook like that. I'm a big fan of cube scoring it in the beginning like you did here.
I also like how you did the dumplings underneath it. Not only does the Pork Belly flavour the veggies, the steam from the veggies keep the Belly Moist as well.

The liquid is beer and after roasting there was put some tomato puree to the vegetables.
The "normal" procedure how to prepare a basic sauce.
