Who'da Thunk'it ?

Postby OldUsedParts » Wed Oct 10, 2018 4:51 pm

Roasted me some Veggies over Kingsford for some Salsa and this time I was wanting to make a larger batch. So I picked ujp 25 Romas, 8 large jalapenos, 2 large sweet own-yawns but only used one. Got everything grilled, chopped and into the pot with some cilantro and spices and started sweating them. I had sterilized 7 jars this time and much to my wondering eyes did appear 7 full jars on the money  . :dont: :laughing7: drum roll please :drumnana:

I have got to buy a camera :banghead: :whiteflag:

Thanks, Y"all  :salut:

I have gotten to the point of not liking or buying commercial Salsa anymore but I have to pay my dues when it comes time to preserve some more.
I may just NOT roast them next time to see if my taste buds will let me get away with it. :dont:

Looks good! And the photos make it seem artistic.

I never get my preserves and jars to match up, ever. :laughing7:
