Pork Tenderloin

Postby Smoking Piney » Fri Oct 19, 2018 5:03 pm

I'm off today, but wasn't in the mood for a long smoke. Pork tenderloin got the call.

Marinaded in McCormick's Smoky Ranchero for about 2 hours. On the BGE at 350 indirect with a healthy shot of mesquite chunks. I cooked it to 145 IT and pulled, rested it 20 minutes before slicing. About 45 minutes total cook time.
