ABT and Hot Wang "Fix"

It's BBQ Weather - - - OK OK OK, in Texas it's always BBQ Weather :laughing7: :texas: So since I hadn't had any Hot Wangs and ABTs, for way too long, they got the call. Used Suckle Busters Hootchie Mama and Original BBQ Sauce after an overnight soak in Allegro Hot Chicken on the wings. This was a very very large Jalapeno and I had to splice the bacon to get it all wrapped. Plated them with some Cole Slaw and Tater Salad and BINGO.

I bought about a dozen Jalapeno's today from Kroger to make some dove wrap's and they were bigger than my, oh never mind, them sucker's were huge.

Actually, I ordered them from a link that Willie P had given us but the link is not operative any longer.
However, they were call "card pins" and are what the Meat Mkts use to stick into meats with the prices or info on the card.
I need to order some more so if you find a good source please post it up. :salut:
