The Wiffy requested that I grill some Hamburgers so that's the plan today.
However, as far as MY Burger goes, I going to make my 3rd or 4th one of these.
This time my plan is to get them to where you get a taste of Jalapeno, bacon, pepper Jack and Own-yawn with every bite.
Therefore, I filled the jalapenos with chopped own-yawns and then nuked some pepper Jack on top so I could successfully wrap with Bacon.
Used my old Willie Pins and will retire the old batch after this cook and start using the new ones.
Picked up some Buns that I've never used before but they were so pretty and said Hamburger Buns on the wrapper.
"Bree Oh Chee" maybe?
Should be making Patties real soon - - - more to come ?I hope?

Re: Been a While since ABT Burgers
thanks, Sir, as I mentioned, I've done them a couple of times before and the taste is awesome.
However, they are by no means easy to pick up and eat in a mannerly fashion.
They work best if you just plan on picking it up and eating about half before putting it down again.

OR Squeeze the Burger to fit the Mouth
It turned out good but next time I think I'll grill some own-yawns, melt pepper jack on the patty and fill the ABT's with cream chez and jalapeno jelly. The Meat was very dominate today even with the dolloping of homemade Salsa on top.

You'd be surprised how much you can squeeze together once you start eating

I'm with spacetrucker , that's even bigger than mine. I just found some meat patties that are going on the BBQ later.

Looks fantastic, Em! For ease of consumption, I would try a stuffed patty approach using said ingredients. I've always said though that a good burger is gonna be tall and/or require several napkins and if it fits BOTH of those prerequisites, it needs to be on a menu somewhere!

My Son gave me some pattie stuffers and I did them on time but they fell apart real bad while grilling so I quit

The trick is in the crimp! I pay particularly close attention to having a minimum of 1/4" sealing area.
