Sam's Angus Ribeye
I'm not much of a gas griller, never have been. My Grandson let me know about a Char Broil grill at Lowes, Black Friday, for $ 89. We went by Sams this afternoon and I picked up a couple of Angus Ribeye's. the little grill did good considering it is cold, raining, and downright yucky in East Texas

I soaked for about 45 minutes with a mix of Worchester/Italian Salad dressing at room temp and then covered it with Suckle Busters SPG. It was mighty fine

Nice looking steak Rambo, you can cook a lot of good stuff on a gasser. I have run hundreds and hundreds of pounds of meat through my built in with great results.

I think we're going to enjoy it; I'm wondering if I can use it to finish off brisket or Boston Butts. I love my stickburner but in the Lfyetyme, I'm basically cooking with firewood. Just wondering if after 6-8 hours on the smoker if I Could finish it in the gasser.

If you have more than one burner you can. You can just lite one burner, and finish it indirect, as long as you dont run out of propane. Mine is plumbed into the house natural gas system so I don't have to worry about running out of propane in the middle of a cook. I also have an upper rack on mine and can do ribs on it as well.

Re: Sam's Angus Ribeye
It has 3 burners; I bought one of the grill thermometers at BB&B and with the burner far left on and the temp gage on the grill far right, it was running 225, perfect

As the grill gets more seasoned, it will get better.
