And hence my Yankee confusion............. :D

I thought the jar was shine, had no idea what Wickers was, and believed the shine was part of the marinade. :lol:

I'll consider myself educated on this thread. :D

You’ve heard of reverse sear? Think of it as a reverse marinade :)

Sorry for the cornfusion!!! I just felt like showing off s Christmas present . I didn't put the corn liquor in the marinade.
