Feeding my Blackstone addiction

Postby bsooner75 » Wed Dec 26, 2018 2:01 pm

My family decided they liked my Blackstone 36” cooks at home so they want me to be able to take the show on the road. Looks like I am set to tailgate or go camping now! Very thankful for my wonderful family and these thoughtful gifts.

Nice gift package for sure. I need to get one of those to keep in my RV. But this year I asked for a cordless impact so I can change tires much more easily on the motorhome.

Ease of tire change is definite priority in a motor home.

FYI - I’ve seen Home Depot run the 17” table top Blackstone for $54 recently.

Thanks all!

Yes, I have changed my last tire with a manual tire wrench. On any vehicle. I carry it with me no matter what vehicle I am in. It came with a carry bag, and I have an impact socket in the bag for every vehicle we have.

I don't think that 17 in would be big enough for race weekends Sooner. I am going to get that same model as yours, with the table, and a carrying case. I have plenty of 20 pound propane tanks here. But that is a nice package your family put under the tree for you. Let me know when you go camping, I will come and drink your beer, and you can cook.

Wife helped me get it out and setup (still above my lifting restrictions). I’m gonna like this little dude. Gotta get it moved outside and seasoned up soon.

GRail - it did not come with the bag (boo) but I have one on order from Blackstone. It’d be the perfect RV / NASCAR setup for you.

Looks great,
Watch what you put on that side shelf. The heat vented on the side there will soften/melt anything you put there.

Yea the major design flaw I see is the propane connection being above the shelf too. Takes up space. Should be on the other side.

Hello Sir, you can move the shelf to the other side. It’ll fit same way no problem, I moved mine for that same reason however it still gets hot :dont:
