Gorgeous Day - Time to Grill Salad Fixins'

Postby Smoking Piney » Sun Jan 06, 2019 3:31 pm

It's been a monsoon around here for too long. Today, we got a reprieve and it was time time to grill salad fixins' for the week. :D

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts and shrimp, grilled on the BGE at 450 raised direct with hickory chips for smoke...along with a few sips of some rather fine bourbon :D :

The carnivore in me says, "Why put this on salad?!"
