It's been a monsoon around here for too long. Today, we got a reprieve and it was time time to grill salad fixins' for the week.
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts and shrimp, grilled on the BGE at 450 raised direct with hickory chips for smoke...along with a few sips of some rather fine bourbon :
Gonna be be good sliced over lunch salads over the week..........our ode to healthy

Very nice cook, makes the week dinner options more easier when grilling extra.

Thanks, folks. I like to cook ahead on weekends for the week day lunches. This week is salad with some grilled chicken ans shrimp.
