Monday night thighs

Postby GRailsback » Mon Jan 14, 2019 6:25 pm

Package of thighs getting happy. The ones on the right are hoochie mama, and the ones on the left I am going to try the HWH on them and see how that goes on chicken.

Ohhhh yeah, love me some thighs. Usually place a sliver of jalapeño and pc of Monterey Jack on them. And roll em up if bacons in the fridge then they get wrapped and on the grill.
I’m sure you are going to let us know which flavor profile you prefer. I’m interested to know, I need to pick up some more rub.

I too am interested in the HWH on Birds, I already know what HMama does to them :salut:

I am a mig fan of thighs myself. Bone in or boneless, it doesn't matter to me. As for which one I liked the best? Sooner nailed it, they were both really really good. I used more of the HWH on these than I did on the chops I did a week or so ago. And to me, that is the way to go with the HWH for sure.

Not sure why the lighting is so mush different on these photos. But the thighs were good.
