Beer can burger and bacon rings
After an entire day out in the cold today I needed a heavy dinner.
Made 4 quarter pounder patties. Put a beer can on top and squeezed the pattie around the can. That makes a nice pit to fill with cheese. Filled it with Cheddar, Jarlsberg and blue cheese. This is actually great because it keeps the cheese from melting of the burger during cooking.
Also made a few onion rings with bacon twirled around the ring. Fried these in the Weber iron pan.
A little bit of French fries and a mango pale ale from Iceland.
Happy with the dinner tonight.

Nice burgers Mr. Joe. And I love the way you wrapped the onions with bacon, thats pretty neat. Over here they call burgers like that "juicy lucy's". But they cover the top of them with hamburger meat so the stuffed ingrediants are enclosed and melt upon cooing and stay in there. The sky is the limit on what all you can put in them.
